عمل استاذ في قسم المحاسبة بجامعة البحرين. كما عمل رئيس قسم التدقيق- شركة مصفاة البترول الأردنية و رئيس قسم التكلفة والتسعير -وزارة التموين بالأردن. محاضر و رئيس قسم المحاسبة و استاذ مشارك و استاذ - جامعة اليرموك بالأردن و الجامعة الأهلية و جامعة البحرين. ومن المهام الوظيفية التي قام بها التدريس ، الابحاث ، المشاركة في اللجان ، رئيس تحرير المجلة العربية للمحاسبة. ومن مميزاته الشخصية الجدية والانضباط والاخلاص في العمل، حائز على جائزة التميز في البحث العلمي بكلية إدارة عام 2001
