Brief Biography

I, Wafa Derkazlli, based in Bahrain, bring over 20+ years of hands-on expertise in teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers, grounded in a robust educational background. I specialize in professional and non-academic language instruction, utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and skill-based activities focused on language acquisition and development.

My mission is to inspire effective Arabic communication, helping others enhance their self-improvement and enabling my students to connect to the Arab culture.

I am dedicated to imparting and upholding Bahraini cultural values among my students. I aim to foster a deeper understanding of Islamic traditions and culture, enabling students to navigate and contribute meaningfully to the society of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Regarding my experience with teaching Arabic to embassy staff:

- I taught Arabic at the French Embassy for 3 years.
- I taught the children of the American military attaché for 3 years.
- I taught the Korean consul for 2 years, starting 3 years ago.
