Brief Biography
I graduated from IIT Madras, India in 1975 with a Bachelor of Technology. I then received my Masters in Civil Engineering and Management from the Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok, Thailand. I then worked in Indian companies and the United Nations all over Africa until 1985. Between 1985-1988, I worked in Saudi Arabia and Algeria. Between 1988-2014, I worked for the Ministry of Works and Agriculture in Bahrain. I started teaching since 1998, teaching over 800 students from schools such as Bahrain Bayan School, Ibn Khuldoon National School, Shaikha Hessa Girls' School, American School, and St. Christopher's School. I teach mathematics in the IB curriculum, British curriculum, and high school from grade nine onwards.
My teaching expertise speaks for itself, as most of my students have went on to study in top universities in Canda, USA, and UK after completing IB and A levels in Bahrain (Imperial College of London, London School of Economics, Warwick, Yale, Stanford, University of Chicago, Booth).
